Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Apple VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile or desktop VPN application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization, and you may not misuse Apple VPN trademarks or content. We may adjust functions or fees based on service quality, cost, and compliance needs, and will provide notices when required. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted system components may cause service failure or security risk.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be subject to those partners’ terms and privacy rules.

Service limitations: the App depends on an available network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, carrier failures, weak signal, or incorrect local configuration. Use outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may incur mobile data or roaming fees. Confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Temporary access issues caused by device battery drain, operating system restrictions, or third-party platform policy changes are not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate node and route information, but some network conditions depend on third-party data centers, carriers, or platform rules. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when required. The Service Provider reserves the legal right to suspend or terminate service; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: software licenses, digital services, or subscription benefits are generally final and non-refundable once delivered and activated.

Product Evaluation: we encourage users to evaluate the free version, demos, or public documentation before purchase to confirm that nodes, clients, and plan benefits match their use case.

Customer Support: if you encounter installation, connection, or account issues, please contact support first so we can troubleshoot and provide available solutions.

Technical Issues: in rare cases, network or client issues may affect your experience. We will work to resolve them, but troubleshooting does not automatically create a refund obligation.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, stolen, or used for prohibited purposes.

Policy Changes: we reserve the right to update this refund policy after publishing changes on our website. Updates take effect upon publication.

By purchasing or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refund policy.
