This Privacy Policy explains how Apple VPN (the “Service,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information in our mobile and desktop applications. We collect only what is necessary to operate the service and protect user privacy under this policy.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access path, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate region information. This data is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Apple VPN node availability; 2. identify regional failures through anonymous aggregate data and improve stability; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or subscription reminders to your registered email or account.

We transmit anonymous or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, only for crash analysis, basic statistics, and feature improvement. Except for legal procedures, regulatory requirements, user safety, or work with contracted confidential service providers, we do not sell or share personal information. To stop new data collection, remove the App through your device’s standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention window. To cancel your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and appropriate physical and electronic safeguards to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as laws, product features, or operations change. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
